Haven't been on this forum for over 10 years! NY just legalized recreational so I thought this was the perfect time for a huge Outdoor grow! I PUT THEM OUTSIDE & THEY BLEW UP!!!! IM TRYING TO PULL 10LBS IN MY URBAN NY BACKYARD! Just posted my full garden walk through. Let me know what you think!!!!

True story and true that he can do as he chooses.

Won't be legal to grow until 18 months after retail is up and running, also the fine print is that municipalities can choose how much. NYS says that 6pp and 12ph, but localities can adjust downward as long as it's not down to zero. Ugh.

This is true. They've also lost out on a ton of revenue by slow rolling, while VT, MA and other contiguous states are reaping the benefits of NY being typically dysfunctional. Though depending on where it may not have much impact on the OP's 10 pound grow depending on where it is or how its concealed. My thought is generally that the 'heat is off' given you can have up to 5lbs in house but not grow, which is an interesting place to be.
