How far in flower can use DE and Neem?

Today I spray BT on my outdoors plants. What I don't remember is when you have to quit using DE and Neem. I never had to use Neem before but this year the mites were bad. I have been able to keep them under control but haven't been able to completly end the cycle.

If anyone knows I would sure appreciate the info. For some reason I can't find it again on line.

Once you have any flower structure happening skip the neem, unless you like the flavor of neem in your cannabis.

DE I think you can apply to your soil throughout without issue.
