How does she look? (pics inside)

PH is around 6.6, have her under a 6500k CFL. She's about 3 weeks old now, and this is my first grow. Does everything look OK to you guys? I just transplanted her yesterday into a 3 gallon pot.

Feeding Technaflora nutes at 1/4 strength every 3rd watering...

It's OK to start with nutrients once the cotyledon leaves fall off, right?
