How does a under-nourished flowering plant show symptoms?

Just in general, if you cut out all nutes too soon or badly under-nute, like maybe in week six of an eight week strain, instead of giving nutes all the way through till week seven or even eight? Would you see the fan leaves get cripsy and curl up? Is it better to let the plant cannabilize itself for those last few weeks? I do take the time to cure fwiw... I have a feeling I've been cutting out nutes too soon with a certain strain that wants to keep going and going... This is in Fox Farm soil...

Oh and I should add that I do track PPMs and PH for what that's worth, so I'm really looking for any general advice for PPM's in soil for mid-late flowering stage.

Thanks!

Seedlings, Early Sprouts 100 to 250
Early Vegging 300 to 400
Full Vegetation 450 to 700
Early Blooming 750 to 950
Full Mature Blooms 1000 to 1400

This is just a guide, but I usually don't go over 750 growing outside.
I feed up to 1 1/2 weeks before harvest, then just water.

Thanks, yeah I'm not getting high enough for sure... Current grow is just starting so I'm gonna give these numbers a go up till the last week and see how it's different than what I usually do. I suspect I'm way too low overall for the most part... I'm so afraid to over-nute maybe I go the other way too much too...
