how do you sterilize your room?

whats the best way to sterilize a grow room between grows? I've got mites and what to make sure there gone for good! any suggestions?

i use a spray bottle with 1/4 strengteh bleach 3/4 water spray the shit out of my room close the doore leave it for 1 hr then repeat wipe if nessery i had a terrible mite problem i harvested early and cleaned up this way and besides the fact that all 21 new plants turned out to be male they are as healthy as can be with no mites!!
