How Do They Look?

What does that mean? Is there anything i can do to fix it? I have them under 6000 lumens with a small fan blowing on them and aluminum foil on the walls to reflect the light. Is there anything else i should be doing?
Add more lighting and lower it a bit, they should do fine, if they stretch to bad then you might have to repot it

Get more lights and take that foil off the walls (makes hot spots) and paint your walls flat white (way better reflector of light) Get your lights within 2 inches of the plants to stop the stretching. General rule is anywhere from 12"-18" for flowering but it is totally up to you. It depends on how big you want the plant to get and how long you are willing to wait! More mature plants will give bigger more potent buds!!!

Oy yeah get the plants out of those clear containers cause they are bad!!!! they let the light in and it hits your roots and they absolutly hate it!!!!!

Well you want 2 a plant if ya can! The more the better with CFL's!!!! The 23w ones are a good choice and use the bulbs with 6500k color temp. for veg. and 2700k for flowering!!!!

For the real young ones maybe start aroung 4-5 inches to make sure they react well but CFL's don't put off much heat so you can have them really close with no worry!!!

Well in veg state it can take 2 months or more to sex them!! Usually once you switch to 12/12 lighting you will be able to tell within 2 weeks!!

how long do i have to sex them in flowering before a male could ruin the crop?
Well if you catch them within a couple weeks you will be fine as they can't mature that quickly within the 2 weeks of the 12/12 switch look for little white hairs or little balls forming at the stem sites
