Short answer: Yes, of course you "could" get 4lbs off 4 600w lights.
The hard part would be doing it of course.
To get there is a process. Start with good genetics and a heavy yielding strain (not necessary but definately will make it easier). Make sure yur nutes are perfection, enviorment conditions perfect, co2 wudnt hurt either.
To get a lb off a plant, id suggest a good 6-8w veg with lots of training. Make sure they in a big ole pot so there roots wont get bound (especially in flower) and yu shud be all good haha. Keep good air flow and trim up leaves blocking buds too (or tuck)
Good luck

15 gallon pots. or as big as you feel you can go with. def top/lst/possibly mainline. put your six hundos in NICE reflectors (blockbuster six), over a 3x3 or 4x4 area each. plan to fill the whole space with each plant. I'd also run 2 3x3 or 4x4 veg areas. six hund mh over the 4x4, or a 400 watt CMH over a 3x3. watch out for mold etc.

it would be easier to perfect mainlining and fit 4 plants under each six hundo to achieve a lb (or more) per light, this way you could yield 2 to 3 lbs every 4 weeks if you stagger your chambers.

Despite the complicated answers this forum may generate the simple answer is if you want a big flower you need a big veg..or a shitload of plants. 80-90day veg sounds like good advice. pick a big strain and grow it big. good luck.

Veg for 3 weeks 16 plants per light, you'll get 1-2 oz per plant getting you 2 lbs per light. Sea of greeeen yo. Growing 4 plants for 4 pounds takes a long time, easier to do it with more plants in a shorter time.

along with proper environment and growing skills and co2 wouldn't hurt.

Honestly. More plants is always betta but of course riskier (laws) if you wanna harvest the 4lbs quicky, id highly suggest much more plants stuffed in a SOG fashion. Do some research, the possibilities are almost endless.

check out some of the seed banks for large yielding varieties. there are many satvia plants that are capable of yielding that much. growing under 600 is going to be a challenge to get that amount of yield when growing indoors. GL

16 plants under 1 light?? really? cause im running 2 600 watt lights and 13 plants and im gonna yield about a pound if that...what am i doing wrong? my plants are in 2 1/2 gallon pots.

Personally I prefer 4 plants per light with a longer veg time then 16 plants per light. Did it both and will never go back to 16 per light. Use of Co2 is very important in my opinion. I would take base nutes with co2 over all those bloom boosters combined.

The longer you veg the more it will produce. I like the main stem to be an inch thick and about 2ft high before I flip to bloom.

you can get that very easy if you know how to grow, i have one 600 over 2 plants, 3 months i got a pound, every 2 months with the veg room also. You could put one 600 over one plant and get a pound in 12-16 weeks depending on strain, if you wanna see an awesome plant, check out ''ne1cangrow'' on youtube, hand fed hydro in a cupboard, over a pound, one plant 600 watts 3 1/2 months from seed!!!!!
