How do I know when my plant is flowering/budding ?

the question is pretty simple, i just need some answers she's been outside since late may and she's about a foot and a half to 2 feet tall. Can you guys tell me what it should look like when she starts to flower and bud ?!

Gorgeous plant. And it is flowering.

first, you'll notice white hairs protruding from the joints. then, the white hairs will form at the tip of your branches, and those are the buds.. you'll see way more in a few weeks

and she's looking really good, btw!!
