how do i keep the temp down in my room

i have fans in there but its still hot its been 80 to 86 in there to day what should i do

you say you have fans , but do you have fresh air in at least if not an exhaust?

i have a exhaust fan as far as a fresh air fan can i just set a fan on the floor with the door open

right now i have a few different kinds in there 2 150 watt cfls and one 175 mv 75 hps i plan on takeing them out and putting a 400 watt hps in next week

if you can get a fan to blow directly on that mercury vapor lamp and ballast i guarantee your temp will drop at least 5-10 degrees

if you can locate the ballast OUTSIDE the room you will drop a few degrees immediately.

i think hes using a security light and the ballasts are fixed .your right fdd he can wire it up remote shock/fire hazzard .

not with the kind of light it is its hooked to the light next week when i put the 400 watt hps light in it should help i'm going to take all of the other lights out might leave a few of the cfls
