How do I build a system for growing clones?

Right now I am starting a pretty large 20 plant grow. I just got my 99 plant exemption and I'm totally stoked. What I want to do with my extra plant allowances is start producing a regular supply of clones. Does anyone know how to do this or have links?

In my imagination I see a 7' bakers rack with steel shelves (I can buy this at HD or Target for under $100). I would leave the bottom shelf 3' high for growing mothers. I would have T8 florescent lights in the grow spectrum mounted on all the shelves (about $30 each). I would have an ez clone many pod system for developing the roots, then after 2 weeks I would move those pods to other shelves for maturing.

This is all I can come up with. I would love some more input...again if you have any literature that would be great. I'm just not sure which way to go on this or if the florescents would give ample light for this system.

Not being mean but if your just starting 20 plants + clones and plan to get anywhere I'd suggest you slow down and ride the learning curve first

I say this because cloaner diy are all over Google hell you can buy them on eBay and amazon for 30$

If you had lots of experience I don't think you would be asking

Lots of haters everywhere full of negativity. Last year I grew two very successful 10 plant grows and produced 2 pounds of medical grade marijuana. I take things one day at a time. I know how to clone--that is not the issue. I'm looking for making a clone set up that will provide me a continual harvest of clones that I want to sell to pay for the electricity. Again, I may not be the most experienced, but I'm more experienced than most of the newbies that post on this site. I believe we should help each other before making snap judgements.

i wasnt being mean or judging just going off based upon what your asking seeing as how there are a bazillion different diy clone machines aswell as forsale pre built on ebay amazon any hydro store. someone with experience and that already knows how to clone and grew 2 pound monsters i would expect to know these things is all.

instead of dumping a ton of money into EZ cloner's why dont you just buy rapid rooters or do a DIY system with neoophrene collars and totes/5gal buckets.

you shelf idea sounds solid,

personally if i wanted to build a large scale cloning system i would get the shelving, get some t5 HO that fit under each shelf and a few humidity domes with rapid rooters and just work the rapid rooter systems with humidity domes. Thats what i would do..

I'm not worried about cloning or acquiring a clone machine. Read closer: I am asking for a continual clone harvest set up...a system of making bonsai mothers, harvesting clones, maturing clones and selling clones...then rinse and repeat. I have some ideas already, and I have actually done a pretty good "low tech" clone before, where I properly harvested cuttings, dipped them in hormone, put them into cups with coco coir, and placed under a humidity dome. I'm probably going to buy a 50 pod cloner, but I need to know what people are using to house that many and more clones. Its not as easy as taking a snip and preparing it. I wanna know what the clone pro companies are doing to turn out hundreds or thousands of clones and model that.

Dude, that's awesome...That's what I was looking for...a better developed idea along the lines of what I'm thinking. Perfect. Thank you so much!
