How close to harvest?

So here’s a close-up of the trichomes from my nifty digital microscope. I was considering waiting to harvest until they’re super amber and couch-lock-inducing, but then my wife and friend who I share my stash with convinced me against it — they prefer more energetic weed.

If I’m going for fairly energetic weed, how close are these buds to harvest? The trichomes seem fairly cloudy, not really any amber yet.

Trichs look mostly clear to me still. Any pics of the full plant and buds?

I just got them all situated in the tent where they’re pretty cramped under a blurple light. I’m loathe to take them out again tight away since it always entails branches wildly swinging around and usually one gets broken, at least lately. I’ll get photos next time I’ve got them out of the tent.

Anyone have photos of cloudy/amber trichomes that represent the ideal for harvest? I am sure they’re out there somewhere but it might be easier to just post them here if you have them, rather than me trying to find a needle in a haystack...
