SO I post this before but thread got locked because of the nasty name calling and abuse.
maybe we keep it on point and just use math and references?
so in 100 gram weed that is rated at 20% thc :
there is only 15 % or so trichome .
bulbous trichome on fan leaves with pre thc analogues
capatate sessile trichome on bud
capitate stalked on bud .
thc made in trichome
100 gram weed at 20% thc = 20 gram thc
where is this ?
if the rating system relays on other factors then what?
either 20 gram thc is in 100gram or it is not.
60 mph is 100km no matter how you calculate it .
28.3 gram =1 oz
1lb =454 gram
trichome are terpenes too not 100% thc
so where is 20 gram thc in weed that is 20% ?

my opinion simply based on math and the
Law of CONSERVATION of mass and energy
is that you can not make something from nothing.
1 gram is 1gram ..in a bag , smoked or dissolved in acid ...it does not get bigger or smaller but just changes form like smoke and heat.
so there can not be 20 grams in 100 grams of a substance that only contains 15grams of the material that makes it.( and from what marijuanna botany by Clark says it is formed in the head cells close to the stalk and the rest is terpenes and calcium carbonate)

Sorry, I see my mind skipped a beat or two. You said there was 15% of the thc in the trichome. So the other plant material holds the other 5%. If you look at the weed with a loop you can see that there is other resin on the plant than in the little balls.
