How can I prevent Bud Rot from Spreading during curing?

Just harvested a week early because I discovered Bud Rot in the biggest plants.

I am pretty sure i have trimmed out all of the worst spots and I am re-checking with a 10X lens. How do i prevent the mold from spreading during the curing process?

I cant spray them with anything correct?

So it seems my only option is to keep it as dry/ventilllated as possible?

Here is a pic of the rot

Yeah just make sure the moisture level is down, another thing you could do is watch them extremeky closely and chop the cola into thinner parts in order for more dry air to reach the mold... Obviously dont grind the cola just snip each bud off branch by branch within the cola... Ull be left with smaller buds but it might save them from the budrotttttttt, also try cleaning your space before the next grow... Wash the walls down and everything, you dont want the mold to come back again on the next grow and keeping humidity down sometimes prevents it from happening at all

Yeah Im pretty sure this is a humidity issue int he flower room. Making adjustments to adress the issue.
I actually was doing just what you recommended. The only way to get it all is to dig deep unfortunately =(

Mold is some nasty shit and can cause those with weak immunity systems to become ill with respiratory issues. Even healthy individuals can be affected....any affected weed should be cut away and disposed of...it's ruined.....there is NO recovery from mold..........
