well... just bc the weed it came from was crappy doesnt mean its got bad genetics. it might but it might not. if you take care of them well and cure them right it will prob be decent at least. its a total crap shoot but most of the time crappy weed is just decent weed that was grown, trimmed, dried, stored badly. just my opinion fwiw. i got an odessy clone off a guy i know thats kinda known for having crappy weed, its bomb.

oh yeah i totaly forgot, one of his friends asked me if he could get a clone. he wanted a better odessy and didnt know it was the same one. :p

Don't piss on your plant. That dude is a retard. Like it's me said good weed starts with the grower,good medium nutes lights and curing will make that bud 100 times better.

Most marijuana that's sold commercially has , at least, fairly good genes; that is to say it has the potential to be fairly potent. The important word here is Potential! Every business stays alive by making tradeoffs and cutting corners (just like every airplane that flies is a compromise!). Every little bit of "proper" care that the plant doesn't get is reflected by a coresponding drop in potential - that means the worse it's treated the less potent it will be! This includes everything in all stages of growth - plus harvesting, drying and curing - plus handling, transporting and storing!

All you have to do to get "Good Weed" is do eveything right and allow the plant to live up to it's potential!

Just for referance...

I worked on a job for 3 weeks that had no port-a-potty on it so the workers (5) were peeing next to a tree.
After 3 weeks of 5 people pissing on it, it died.

There are no secret tricks that will make bagseed turn good.

Either it has good genetics or it doesn't. If the genetics are good, then it is a matter of your grow op. If not, nothing you can do will make it better than genetically predispositioned.

you dont get good weed out of reggi. it doesnt work like that. if you want ot waste allot of time and some money go for it. stick to attitude or herbies for seeds. if you want swag then by all means grow that reggi. there is a very good reason lots of people stay away from bag seed and order offline. dont got the cash, save you money and get fem seeds. grow reggi and you'll be waiting for months on months inflower. ive tried just to see how shit it really was and it is.

I disagree completely with Silas. There are MANY popular strains today that derived from bagseed.
Not to mention, a lot of reggie starts out as incredibly good buds (Mexican Sativa) that is mishandled and improperly grown/cured.
You can end up with FIRE out of a bag of brick weed.

Lol I got some bag seed I grew. Its in its 2nd week of curing. It's a lot more potent then it was when I bought it. I even had to pull early due to me damaging the plant n caused major stress. But it certainly wasn't a waste of time

As a lot of people have said get good soil nutes and create a good environment and don't over care for it . Legend has it that chem dog skywalker og bubba kush and several others came from bag seed you could have great genetics that just need properly cared for.

Bag seed is a coin toss you might end up with a great pheno of a tall stacked red head or some BS popcorn from charlie browns X-mas tree.

That's where I would start, I've grown many bag seed and got some dank off them. It's about how it's grown and cared for. You can truly polish a turd ;)

IMO if you have a seed, you can have good weed. Takes time, and a green thumb. Genetics isnt all that matters. TRUE genetics are about 99% of what gives the plants the ability of produce killer bud. Anywho any home grown will be better than any you can find around here, Small town in north eastern north america, Farmers grow there own stashes. Mexican compressed is the only thing on the market. So read up my friends, When you harvest your first harvest youll have the sickness. Its hard to cure, youll always grow your own <3. Have fun read alot..... ALOT if you need serious help ask, if its something small try looking it up on here. Its probably been covered in 10000 threads. Have a good one.

heck last year i growed some bag seed shit that turned out to be some really really good weed trick to that was not harvesting to soon and cure for atleast 3 months in mason jars bam smooth great tasteing smoke had peps beating door down for more
