How can I block someone from posting on my profile?

There's this insane guy that won't stop posting on my profile about stuff that makes no sense.

Just look at my profile you will understand

His posts were removed already, if you click on the user there should be an option to ignore on the window that pops up. Click ignore and you will be good to go.
