Hey everyone.
i am going to do my first outdoor grow this summer. I am starting my research into outdoor specific stuff lol.
I think my plants will be planted in groups of 2 or 3, in random spots in the forest. I hope to find nice sunny areas in maybe a little clearing here and there in the bush.
The growing season here is from June to end of September, maybe first or second week October.(wouldnt count on it it rains like a mother$%^&. I am going to start my plants indoors under 24 hours of light. How large should i veg the plants, in general? I know it will differ a bit per strain.
Im not 100% on the strains i will grow yet, probably a bunch of different ones and see what ones do well this year. Im liking the look of stuff from Next Generation maybe.
In the beginning of june there is still a risk of freakin cold nite temperatures, but more than likely NO frost.
I am hoping to plant 15-20 plants total outside.
A link to a good outdoor grow guide would help too. Ive grown some decent grows indoors but have never tried any outside....i am excited for the big yields from outdoor plants. I average 2-3 oz a plant with 6 fem plants plus a couple autos in my x4x tent under 800W of light.
So ya. I am trying to find out how big i should veg the plants. 1+ pound plants would be a dream come true.......
Peace
