how big is the chances that your plant turns out to be male when its feminized seeds?

If the seed is truely a feminised seed then 0% , but occasionally seed banks/breeders screw up and send out regular seeds when you buy feminised seeds.

Are there feminizing processes without an additional risk of herm seeds? I've read and been told that feminized seeds have a higher chance of going butch than un feminized female seeds because of the process used to make sure there aren't any male only seeds made.
