how big are your yeilds

hello all I have a small grow room its only 4' high by 5' wide I have had 2 good grows by now but I am not getting good yield I think it is to do that I only flower for 4 weeks I do tie them down it helps them grow more I am only get about 28 grams per plant what do you get ?? thx :wall:

I pull 1lb per light. I use (3)750 watt
