How are we looking so far?

IMG_8839.jpegIMG_8838.jpegIMG_8837.jpegIve had a rough time with this strain regarding EC, but I seem to have dialed it in somewhat recently which is nice in time for the switch to flower, but from how she looks so far, id love tips on how i should proceed with her. Shes in a 3x3 pushing almost corner to corner in there. I’ve got her EC at about 1.8-2.0, the tap water comes out at about .65 and they seem to love the stuff coming out of there, about 1.15-1.35 EC of that 2.0 is my nutrient mix. It seems high but anytime I would try and lower anywhere below 1.0 EC of the nutrient solution, so 1.65 in total, she’d freak out on me. I run her PH at around 5.5 let it drift up to 6.3 then buffer it back to 5.5 and then for her lights ive got a 420 watt led fixture at about 14 inches from the canopy with the ppfd running about 590-680 and a DLI of about 28-30. Any tips/helpful comments are more than welcome!

Lovely plant, very nice. I think 1.8 is a good ec, your ph control sounds fine too. you will do fine. Keep an eye on temp and humidity too (only saying that as you didn’t mention them) and maybe get some support there now ready for when the branches get heavy.

Thank you! I keep my temps around 75-78 with the lights on and 69-72 with the lights off, humidity i usually keep at around 60-67% for veg so a VPD of around .9-1.1, but i upped my PPFD recently for stretch and ive heard that when you do you wanna lower humidity because when its too high relative to the ppfd it limits the amount of co2 the stomata's can uptake? would love your opinion on that, but as it stands i lowered my humidity to around 55-58% so my vpd is around 1.2-1.4 for the raised ppfd.

Oh thought this was dtw at first then saw the bucket. So different animal but looks great maybe pluck some leaves in the inner center for airflow. I see good fans and placement of them looks all great! Yea I literally have the same ec tap almost .5 ec and feed 1.7 people give me shit for it.

The same thing happens to me though if I lower it any bit or go too high just need be a solid 1.7. Whats awesome is my tap and that ec makes a perfect ph no adjusting needed but this is dwc or whatever its called. So probably not gonna work the same.

I use DWC - Yeah, My tap water is good quality, pretty much neutral PH and EC 0.1.. so I don't need to adjust PH directly unless something goes wrong...

...if all is in order, adding feed lowers PH and increases EC, so by they time mine need more feed, (low EC), the PH will also have risen so the added feed will lower the PH pretty much to target at the same time.

My water is very 'soft' so I buy soft water nutes (added cal-mag I think is the main difference between that the 'hard water' variety of feed I use).

The pellets usually trick the eye, once you see the 5 gal tho like you said it gives it away lol. And nice to know i'm not alone with the crappy tap supply lmao, but they seem to just either buffer it out or love the stuff because ive never noticed any issues. I was planning on a light pruning later today when i get home, so I’ll send pics of her after her little haircut! PH is not to hard of an issue because what i feed her ends up balancing it out to that 5.5-5.6 everytime so im lucky there lol. Then i just gotta adjust it every 3-4 days from there!

I was thinking the same, but what would you recommend to hold up the branches thats not a trellis? they make bucket top offs/changes and checking PH and EC such a pain in the ass:(.
