Homemade LED fixture?

Does anyone here have one?
I currently am in the process of switching to LED on my marine aquarium. Id rather give LEDs a go over PC. So whats your thoughts.

Heres what i`ve gathered

Actually.. it's 450nm blues, and below, that aren't measured in Lumens.. they're measured in mW.. energy, not luminosity. Same as the InfraRed 735nm's.

As for 50,000 Lumen hps compared to 10,000 Lumen led.. yes, I already said "at least 50% of the hps Lumens are wasted".

WW - Warm white
NW - Neutral white
CW - Cool white

now the plan was to just order more of what im using. cree xp-gs and cree xp-e. im just wondering at what ratios of colours i should be be using.
i know ill be wanting some red (620nm-630nm) in there but what about blue(465nm-485nm) and royal blue (450nm-465nm) as they are in the very bottom of the light scale.

How would i wire this... Id like one fixture that id just be able to use but have 2 sets of LEDs on it. One for Veg and other Flower. Any ideas and or help is welcome. I`ve tried to use the search feature but to be honest it got me nowhere.
