If you look at the lite it is fixed and cannot be moved. That will limit how big you can grow your plants. If you start with seeds you can only veg for about two to 3 weeks at most then you go to 12/12 and 3 weeks veg time from seed will not get the most out of your crop. You could use clones and get a little more bigger plants, but with a fixed light
your kinda stuck. Something to thik about. Good Luck

AS if it has not been said enough... DO NOT GROW IN YOUR PARENTS HOUSE... Especially if they are unaware and or not consenting... You will get your parents into more trouble then you will for yourself... That is before they kill you for loosing their house or the jail time they might serve...

About the cab i am a fan of DIY growing... More fun and satisfying... =]

My parents are a non-issue and I live in southern anchorage alaska, the chillest place to grow dank. If anything my sister and dad would hound me to sell them bags. What is DIY growing?

That is the first grow box I ever bought was the economy. It did well for me, and found it easy to use. The plants came out good. Next time around I am going to get a bigger one...

i'm only a kid and i'm making this, (only partially built) it will only cost me about £80, so $155 ish, it will house 2 scrOG plants uder cfl's. i hope to yeild about 5oz which more than pays for a new decent setup with a hps bulb.

you can save yourself a shitload by making it from scratch, and this way you can customize it to fit your needs.

I've heard mixed things about those cabs and sun light shed cabs (sun light shed's being the better of the two). Buy it at your own risk. Often times these premade setups come in a various states of of build quality (sometimes they're perfect other times they come to you as total shit). If I'm not mistaken those cabs by homegrown are made by another company and sold on a bunch of other websites under different names. They all are the same product though. The only different is that some sites offer more options like CPU's that can text message you if your setup over heats. In any case for 800 bucks you could do a whole lot more with your money. You could most likely do two of those on your own for a little over 800 bucks. Also two setups would kick ass since you could veg in one and fruit in the other. Also where do you plan on keeping mother plants?
