Hollowed out / False Window AC Unit?

I thought I read something about this a while back, but I was unable to find anything online.

Anyone here know of a thread showing pics of someone taking a broken window AC unit and gutting it, and then using installing there indoor exhaust to it?

You would do this so you don't have say the obvious plastic with CIRCULAR exhaust whole visible out your window looking suspicious.

Thx in advance to anyone who can help!

It would be suspicious to anyone that happened to walk past it since the intake is exhausting, not to mention if a thermal camera saw it it would be a red flag

A window ac unit is not suspicious at all and last I checked thermal imaging required a warrant. And a hot/warm window AC unit would not mean anything.

I have a portable ac unit but want to hook the exhaust into the false window ac.

I think putting up the plastic divider and hooking the exhaust like that is too suspicious for a second floor.

It's an indoor ac exhaust hooked inside a window ac unit. How would that be suspicious to a helicopter?! The damn thing won't be 200 Fahrenheit!

Act as if a running window ac unit doesn't emit heat while running?

my brother does this, but sorry. no pics. it's easy enough to do, just be careful with exposing yourself to freon. there are instructions on how to scrap them for parts online.
