How many watts and what height? Just started some seeds, a couple inches now. Light is at 340 watts and 4' off the plants at the moment. What are you running them at during each phase? Thanks

Oooh that's a heck of a lot of light for some seedlings.

HLG 65-100 or QB 135 (Dimmed down to 60W) would be a much better solution for seedling stage:peace:
