Hippy Hay

Just took these pictures this mornin' this is a few out of 10 in my first patch..I learned a trick a few years back that an old friend showed me, He told after a plant started budding to remove all the fan leaves because they shade the buds from the sun. and for the past 4 years or so I have been a firm believer in it..It's also good for camoflaugin' somewhat..All the plants I grow are strictly G-weed and #1 Skunk. I havent grew from a seed in probably 5 years, I have mommys..Hope you all enjoy.:eyesmoke:

but the fan leaves store nutes to be eaten by the plant when needed. all my buds get sun all day long with leaves on, but if you are having success, then by all means, do what makes you happy! good luck!

It makes for a pretty good debate.. I never done it until he told me to try it on a couple of plants, I leave plenty of leaves on mine for nute storing, and I must add that I only do it once after they start the bud process...I believe at first the sunlight really helps trigger the buds growth, and I guess it depends on Bud/leaf ratio-How many bud sites you have on a plant whether there shaded or not, Everbody tries different things, and I think this makes for a better plant..but its my opinion....In the end its all about darkness anyways...but from one Union man to another, Good Luck to you as well
