high seed temps

What is the maximum temp for seeds during germination.
I have searched all morning and can't really find much info on what happens to seeds that get too hot.
Last night I put my seeds into the paper towels on a covered plate with enough water to keep everything moist and then covered with another plate and taped shut.
I set the plates on top of my cable box with a shirt on top.
I put a thermometer next to it before I went to sleep and when I woke up this morning the temp read about 95 degrees:wall:. Who knows what the temp was inside the plates.
The paper towels did not dry out but I am worried that I fried all of my seeds.

Are they going to be OK? Should I start germing some more seeds?
In this batch I have:
3 Alaskan Ice fem
2Northern Lights x Skunk fem
2Blue Cheese fem
1skunk fem
1strawberry cough fem

I have more Alaskan Ice seeds and some others that came free from Attitude but I really hope I didn't ruin the other seeds.
Is there anything I should do to rescue them?
Where do you put your germing seeds?
Thanks in advance.
