High Pressure Sodium or Metal Halide

I am looking at a light setup under $200 that will grow me the best weed possible at eLights.com. I am looking at both Metal Halide and High Pressure Sodium. I cannot afford both types of fixtures, and I am wondering that given one, which one should I use to get the best growing results. Quantity is slightly second as a priority in my mind to quality. I was thinking of choosing an HPS fixture (http://www.elights.com/sun900517.html) but I am not sure that I can use that by itself to grow weed.
I liked the looks of a 400 watt Metal Halide system (http://www.elights.com/sun900507.html) but I was not sure that I would get any flowering since the lowest color temperature MH bulb that I have found is like 3600 K.
I care nothing for aesthetics.
Which system should I choose?

Get a High Pressure Sodium Ballast and then buy a seperate Metal Halide Conversion bulb for it.

MH for veg and HPS for flower

Yes u can get a mh conversion bulb to go with your hps ballast or you can get a 400 mh and get a 3000k bulb for your mh system.That bulb increases the red spectrum like a hps but it still wont produce like a hps.You can use either light with good results.mh is ideal for veg and when used in flower its said to increase resin production as to hps made the buds longer and dank.So its really on which light you want to go with.
