would it be ok to grow cannabis in a small cuboard only capable to fit one large cannabis plant in its about 4feet tall and 2 feet wide would it be able to grow the plant under one 100w hps light and which is the best way to grow using these lights

If you have got proper ventilation, and are able to raise and lower the lights then it would be fine. You will have to be aware that your plant will double or triple in size by the time you flower, so you'll need to flower when your plant is pretty small.
