High output or LED strip?

I was looking for a couple single 2 ft. HO strip light to supplement the sides of my grow box during flowering when I came across these. Do you think they would be just as good as the high output flor.

t5s are the shit even when not adjusted for growing. Every LED grow I have seen has not produced enough bud per watt for me to feel comfortable using them.

You know whats funny, one of the websites I was looking at that sold led grow lights actually sold lite-brites.
