First grow and I have everything except the lights. In between a 400W light or a 90 watt UFO LED light? It will be for only one plant , maybe 2.

Go HPS for reliability and count on a crop.

if LED's worked, you would see people using them and pulling good yields.. not just talking about it. hps is the way to go

hps works for me. I would try T5's instead of LED. but hps is best bang for the buck hands down.

Apache tech is the only led that I have seen to actually work with low watts. 120 of led that runs about 150watts total. It's actually pretty close to a 600 like they advertise but with a smaller foootprint. They are 1000$ though so pick your poision. Go hps if you can keep it cool. For only one plant you could probably get away with a 250 or less.

lol hps vs xmas lights.I think i know which 1 im going to use.HPS and if you are only frowing 1 plant under 400w i suggest a 5 gallon pot and at least 2 months of veg or 12/12 at 18" cause im sure you don't wanna grow 3 months to end up with a OZ
