HID 4 seedlings

So right now my 2 day old Nirvana's AK48 seedlings(3) is under Sunmaster 400w Dual Spectrum HPS light but i read its overkill 4 seedlings so maybe I can order 250W MH/HPS(got lumatek ballast 250/400w) and save some money on electricity and make 4 plants more pleasant environment? Only think I'm afraid of that when i get this bulb I already wont need it because I'm in Baltic states and don't know how long it takes to deliver it from UK.
Or better just buy some CFL's? What kind of color spectrs and how much watts I need for my seedlings? Can I buy these lamps in simple lightening shop?
My main priority is to give all the best to plants

The seedling stage is usually about 2-3 weeks so you might barley get some usage out of that bulb if you order it, i would say a bulb that big is a waste though, i would go with 4-6 6500 kelvin 27 actual watt cfl's.

Eh i didn't find this CFL's - everywhere only warm white(<2700k) and 24w so I ordered 250w MH bulb. Hope I get it soon
How long do you suggest use 250w MH? only in seedling phase and then switch to 400w dual spec HPS or I can use it some time in veg - what would be better
