Hi advice #2

I am experiencing some kind of "leaf burn" or dying out of the 2 bottom leaves and would like to know if something can be done about it or what did i do wrong and if the plant will do good afterwards... thank you, pics bellow

P.s.: the lights are about 5 cm away from the plant and the temperature is arround 25°C..
Growing indoors
Watering about every 3-4 days
Vegetative stage
