Your fan is directly on the plant. See how the tips are drying out? because there is not moisture around the leaf. Move the fan and plant's rigor will perk back up.
Fans are blowing as they should mate...and like I said garden is just thriving apart from this baby...humidity is around 65 and plus room is runned by Dimlux Experts series plugged into a computer...can't get my head around mate

If its only on one plant on a few leaves I wouldnt do anything different some can be weird for lack of a better term. Just make sure your doing the watering and nutes and environment etc etc etc. correctly and on point.
Thanks bud. Will see what's happening if I carry on. Sending you one of my plants...just a wee burn on the tips of em leafs...nothing to be worried about caus they get a plain water every Sunday.

Pictures suck cuz of the light
I think you could selectively remove a leaf here and there to open up light to get on some of the lower bud sites.
