The question that should be asked is do you think it is ready? Look at the buds are calyxes swollen and the hair's receding? are the tri's cloudy to amber? alot of questions for you that have not been answered. To me they(not very good pic) look like they need more time but the pic is no good..

I'm seeing mold damage. Take a hard look. If I'm right, immediately remove the infected buds. Parts of them may be salvageable. Dry the salvaged parts quickly to prevent further infection. Good luck.

I would not recommend using moldy weed. The risks involved is not worth it.
Were and what pic I just had another look can't seem to see any. If indeed theres mold then scrap the whole plant because even if you can't see the mold it is definitely there.

the whole main cola is dead, full of botrytis.

harvest the plant asap if you want anything to smoke, get rid of the big lump at the top, that is if you like being able to make use of your respiratory system.

I am interested to know what a to do with the!

google botrytis, i strongly believe that your big main cola has an infection, an infection that will likely spread quickly through the plant if not rectified quickly.

follow the dead leaves into the bud, if it is brown and mushy then time to harvest the plant and get rid of any affected parts

the rest of the plant looks done anyway, all the hairs seem to have receded and the buds look fat. get her done!
