Don't see any drain holes in those cups and they need to be there to prevent root rot

also your light needs to be closer

other than that good job

Use mylar or flat white paint

He wasnt answering your question raincloud, he was saying how far along his plants are. you could get mylar instead of foil, or even get some of the black and white wall paper, or just paint the walls white. The foil will cause a lot of heat, these other things wont.. its more for reflection. What kind of lighting are you using? You need some sort of air circulation in there if you dont have it, and you dont want to have the box completely closed cuz itll probably be too hot depending on how big your area is. Getting fresh air in there is key.

Are you saying that your plants are 23 days old and look like that? At 23 days your plants should be around 10 inches and have 4 to 6 nodes with a fair amount of side branching. What lights are you using and how close are they?

Looks like you ran out of soil some of those cups are pretty empty - fill em up. Also guessing you have a couple twisty fluorescents for light which is causing the spindly growth. Lights need to be as close as they can without burning...within an inch. If it's hot and humid you will end up with a fungus - increase ventilation.

Your saying they are close, the plants in your pics are saying WE NEED MORE LIGHT, hence the stretching

you need at least 75 watts of CFL (compact fluorescent) lights per plant, no more than 2 inches from the tops of the plants. Those are VERY small plants for 23 days.
