Yes they do , and yes you can smoke it
but the the bud really wont be potent at all
you will have to smoke a good bit to get the high you would of gotten if it was not a hermi
i personally dont waste my time with hermis , i just yank them
but some people do go ahead and keep them and smoke it
but just dont keep the seeds to grow , cuz they have a strong chance that they will b hermi`s also
