Spray everything down if it's very early flower but make sure to shake and dry before resuming grow again and obviously pull the nanners

No your entire crop is not ruined. Remove that plant or pluck the pollen sacs off. A few seeds won't ruin your crop but yanking the plants definitely will.
They're you plants. You can either take steps to minimize the situation or you can panic and start over wasting all the time you've already spent growing them.
This thread had the same thing. They finished out the grow and harvested some weed. Better than spending months growing with nothing to show for them.

gotcha so gotcha so your worry is canopy depth I don’t want to grow bud I’m not going to use. I only grow for myself.

Thanks for the reply buddy , I know have two confirmed bloody good plants early trichromes look amazing, I now have them in separate tent and fingers crossed they never got to much on the other plants , hopefully I can just make some butane oils or hash ,
