hermie??

This plant has hairs all over it, but it has like 3-4 balls on each branch, they all look like this

I'd say it's a hermie... I have the same thing going on right now. I havn't gotton to try the end product yet and am not sure if I'm going to keep it or not.. but it's definatly a dilema

Should i chop it or not? id rather put all the lights on my other female.

depends on if you wanted all seeded females to harvest? My guess is no so I would chop it down. Another idea is to put it in another room to flower, perhaps outside depending on your location.

i dont want to flower a hermie.

if you want to have a sensi crop. ABSOLUTELY. I've let a few go because it didn't make a big deal to me... then when I started to chop the hermie down at the end of flowering, i realized just how bad it was, just about every nug has a seed in it with the exception of the top cola. I think I'm going to finish flowering out what I got with the hermies and started from scratch so I can clean everything up.
