Hey all :)

So first of all happy to be a part of this forum.

I am doing my first indoor grow in many years, and a bit more serious than when i was a young kid.. so i am not in the game at all.

I ran into a small problem (hopefully) but one of my 3 Cookies Gelato (rqs) developed a few male ball sacks on the lowest part of a few branches, i am pretty sure this happened due to stress of some sort and most likely me pruning them.

Now to the question i decided to remove the whole "micro" popcorn buds and the male sacks carefully.. and then went over the canopy and didt not find nanners or any ball sacks in the top and since non is popped should i just keep an eye on them to see if i can hold them down?

i am around week 4 in flowering out of 8/9 weeks and would love to see all 3 "girls" go to the end...
My temps are around 25- 27c. in day with a humidity at around 40 - 45%. and around 19-21c. in night

I attached some pictures
The picture with the rings marked is where i found the few male pollen sacks.

Sincerely

Gnohmen

A lot of people confuse the single calyxes that grow on the lowest nodes for ball sacks.
Either way I would absolutely let them roll.
Just keep checking.

Ok, brace yourself. Cause if even one popped or got crushed when you clipped them the WHOLE CROP IS RUINED!

No, I promise I'm just fucking with you. Worst case you end up with a few seeds. Run them out, they look great.
Oh, And welcome to R.I.U.

Actually not much to inspect as said i removed the few ball sacks i found on the lower branches and havent found anything in the canopy, i do know what to look for..

My question might more be when its stress induced... is there a chance that i can keep it under control :)
And can i be so lucky that it was only those small buds that never got light and so that was forming male sacks :)

If i do run into more of them i will take pictures of it :) still no nanners to be found and no new ball sacks :)

Yeah i know :) been growing outdoors for years.. but i am more just removing full plants outdoor when it is... and i just end up making oil and other extraction of 80% of what i grow outdoor.. but since i only have 3 plants here i hope to be able to at least keep them as seed free as possible...

If you stop removing stuff, it would certainly reduce some stress
