Hermie or just a female with on pistil?

This plant showed female sex signs about 6 days ago when it sprouted a pistil.. the only problem is that it was the only pistil it sprouted. The plant next to it is the exact same strain but has more than 10 pistils.

Here is some pics, can you maybe tell me what is going on with it?

the first pic is the pistil. it is on the right side it almost looks like part of the branch but it actually is the white line on top of it.

the second and third are the other "flowers" (Staminate?)

i see no pistils

the pre flowers that have the hairs (pistils) absent from them look completely different that the pre flower that does have the pistil

in the first picture there is a long white pistil that runs on the top of the leaf stem, it is hard to identify but it is on the right side of the main stem.

can anyone help me out on this? I know 100% that there is a female pistil in the first picture, I look at the pistil everyday and have identified plenty of female plants. This is the ONLY pistil on the plant the remaining pre flowers are continously growing but resemble staminate flowers, I just want to know if you think it is a hermie or a female.. it being a male is definitely out of the question. Any help would be greatly appreciated before i run out of time.
