Hermie? Am I screwed?

I'm at 11 weeks flowering and harvested one that had big dense buds mainly because it was showing SOME amber trichromes (but still lots looking glassy???) and had thin/weak stems from a previous potassium deficiency that took me too long to diagnose. I'm somewhat new to growing, started over a year with 4 harvests so far...and always seems like something is going wrong!

So anyway, I harvest this one and see lots of seed pods with itty bitty seeds inside despite being covered in trochromes and hairs. So I'm guessing I may have flowered too long OR I stressed it so badly it went hermie OR maybe it even started hermie. The concern I have is my other plants. All seem healthy otherwise, tho still working to correct the potassium issue.

The photos Ive attached are of my healthiest ones...beautiful big dense buds but now I'm noticing all the seed pods on them and wondering if I should continue or just chop them down? It is for personal, medicinal use so really not worth keeping them if there will be little to no potency.

Experts please weigh in!

Looks like a hermie. Pinch off all of the ones you see and finish 'em out. You can still smoke the flowers (after removing the seeds, of course), although potency and weight will be lower. And you can save the seeds, which you can germinate later if you have nothing else!

Ok cool. Thats what I started to do but there are so many figured I'd get some feedback before I spend the next hour or two picking seed pods off lol

I see swelled calyx's with pistols coming out... break one open and see what's inside, if it's a little flower then yes those are male balls but if not don't touch them! You look like you're nearing the end of your grow, normal for pistols to swell up like that it's a sign of ripeness

Thanks for that. The ones at the base of the bud you can see in the pics do have little seeds inside. But within each bud also seems to be enveloped in these balls and those dont appear to have seeds inside so I think that is just ripening as you said (I'm about 30% cloudy on the trichromes with theese ladies). Fingers crossed harvest in another week or two and turns out some pretty good medicine
