Hermaphrodites after flowering has started

Can plants still become hermaphrodites due to environmental stress after flowers have already started developing on the plants?

Plants were grown from feminized seeds. 16 days have passed since the switch to 12/12 has been made.

No it doesn't, as a feminized seed only garantee's the plant to be a female and not a male.
But if you bought your seeds from a cheap website that isn't well known, they could have just sent you any old seed and you'd know no different (without having the knowledge) until close to harvest.
However a lot of experienced growers will tell you that hermie plants is strictly in the genes of the strain, even swearing that they've never had a seed go hermie with stress factors involved.
But the other half of people will say stress will knock any plant to herm.
So the debate continues :)
