ya, its true, jacksonville beach, they just need like 900 more signatures to put it on the ballot, $100 fine for possession of 20g. or less

Not to be a dick, but just because its on the ballot doesn't mean it's going to happen... though I wish ya'll the best in making it happen.

Only residents of jax. beach will vote on it, so if it doesn't pass, someone went around killing 3/4 of the jax. beach population.
