Hempy bucket grow recommendations

Hello people, i was wandering if any one could make me some recommendations for my new year Hempey Bucket grow. (Chem Dawg from seed)
Firstly, i dont want any recommendations of how to modify the bucket because i want to keep it simple and follow hempys instructions.
I have succesfull experience growing outdoors in soil but i have never tried indoors with lights or nutes/hydro.
Firstly, i have a wardrobe which is about 1m wide, 60 cm deep and 1.8 high
I would like to grow 2-4 plants to about 3 feet high with as much dank as possible.
So i guess my questions are....

What lights should i use (CFLs/MHDs)? are either of these sufficient for both vegging and flowering?
Should i buy both and change them for different parts of the plants life?
Would 250watt be sufficient for this space?
What kind of extraction would i need for this space to keep a good amount of airflow?

I have done allot of my own research but seem to find that the possibilities are endless. If anyone out there has tried and tested Hempey buckets in a similar sized wardrobe i would love some suggestions for the lights/nutes etc....Thanks in advance....Peace!

Look at my journal in my signature. PPP and AK47 harvested within the last month. Neither plant reached 3 feet and both yielded approx 3 o'z each dry!

250 should do the trick I would definately do a MH/HPS setup

Thats a great journal mate! Did you do any topping on those? How tall were they when you put them in to the flowering cycle?
Those Hempeys look so good its kind of hard to see why anyone would use any other system indoors, are you converted to Hempeys or are there any other indoor systems that can compare in terms of simplicity and quality of yield? (In your experience)
