help_co2 vs intake fan

I have a co2 tank and and intake for my room.
Would i be drawing in enuff co2 with the just the 8" intake fan{it draws air from outside} or do i need to run my co2 solo with in/out off .Thanks Hbr

I would only run the intake fan during on time if your cool tubed. If not c02 will excape
