She is just about 5 weeks into her veg and I just switched to flowering stage. I water her about twice daily making sure the top soil never gets too dry. I add miracle grow to my water. During veg I was using 3 6500k cfl's now for flowering I'm using 3 2700k cfl's. Any other information that can be helpful please let me know so I can provide it.
In potting mix it is best to only water when the mix is dry. In typical potting mix this is about once every 2-3 days or even longer.
Seedlings do not need much of any nutrient in the first 3-4 weeks of their existance. The sign that they are ready to do some adult vegging is when you see the plant begin to extend bushing out laterally. This is a sign the roots are also expanding out and once the leaves touch or extend over the end of your pot that pretty much means the plant can then receive adult level nutrients. Doing so too early will burn the roots, and burn the leaf tips. Eventually the roots will stop uptaking nutrient and the plants leaves will begin to look like they are missing nutrients.
That is what is called a nutrient deficiency caused by over watering and over feeding.
The solution for future reference is to flush out with fresh water and then let the pot dry out, then water again with fresh water, and let the pot again dry out, then feed every other watering after that until much of the bottom half of the plant has reached the edge of your pot - thus indicating that the roots have also expanded out enough to be able to receive adult level nutrients. Then you can switch it to budding and it will be able to handle the rest.
