my plants are 28 days from gem and only 4in. tall the strain is called pine is the slow growth nomal?i i am growing in soil under a 250hps

Those are some sad looking plants. Do you test your ph levels? What is the grow room temp? Soil looks dry. Do you have a mositure wand? What kind of soil do you have?

ok here we go i have no whey to test ph but i have a pool testing kit with ph up and down will that work for the tap water? i have no meter to read mositure the mix i use (ingredients) ground and composted organic forest material , sphagnum peat moss, horticultural vermiculite, fertilizer, micro nuts{sulfer, iron, manganese,zinc, copper, molybdenum and boro} lime for proper ph the temp runs no lower than 65 and no higther 87 avg. temp 78

ok here we go i have no whey to answer your question because I don't have a pool so don't know if it will work. You need a moisture meter. They are cheap. How do you know that dround and composted organic forest material (what the hell is that crap off the forest floor?) and all the other stuff you listed isn't ph balanced. You need to check your liquids on a regular basis. That could be some of your plants problems.

mogie what do you need to check your liquids with? thank you for the helpful tips i well be ordering a moisture meter soon and what do you think about fox frams ocean forest potting mix -the soil that i am useing is locally prodused in madison mississippi.

Check liquids with a ph kit. Fox Farm soil is great.
