help!!

i planted my seed over a week ago and the plant still looks exactly the same as it did when it came up from the soil. Usually you will see the other set of leaves starting to grow by this time! All i have is the initial pair of leafs you get when it comes out of the soil, what is wrong with my plant? I also noticed that on the tip of the leaf was starting to brown. I watered them today.

Well they are either getting burnt by nutrient or an out of whack ph or high temps.

What do you think it might be?
