How old is the plant? How long has it been in this particular pot?

I put them in bigger pots on 4.9.2023 for few days it gona be a month, but i plantet the plant at 15.7.2023

If the roots are well established all you can do is carefully squeeze the pots a little to lighten it up.
Some peole do poke sticks in there and make holes, I don't since holes need room and making room means compression somewhere else...
