Can somebody please tell how many cfm I need for a 2ft wide x2ft deep x4ft high tent?

Is a 4" inline 88cfm/150 cubic metre an hour booster fan going to be ok as an exhaust?

Yeah it should be fine does it have an adjuster? I have a 6" cloud line on mine and it’s rated to 420 cfm at full, I’m in a 2x3x5 foot tent

It's this one made by ram: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/233596100526

It doesn't have a speed controller I was maybe going to buy one that you plug the plug from the fan into:, it's only a 15w fan though so you dont get that much control over it like that I believe: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00HXDXBAI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_QPEkFb5RP6BEN

I would be growing one maybe two autos under a single mars hydro ts 600 (100w actual power draw) so I don't think heat will ever be an issue. I also would be using passive intake and no filter and minimum/zero ducting attached to the fan so just hanging it in the 4 inch pocket up top and securing it....bootleg grow tbh

So you personally need a minimum of 30cfm but you opted for a 420cfm but turn it down? Ok.

Yeah it’s nice to put a lot of air through just because plants emit oxygen, just like to cycle lots means a constant supply of co2 somewhat rich sir

Ok I was just cautious that too much power would not give the plants time to process any air because it was moving through the tent too fast. Hopefully this cheapo pwm controller can reliably half the power and I'll be happy as Larry.

Good stuff, it should be fine the more air running around with fans and intake outtake is best because they are wind pollinated plants, I think it helps them thrive with tons of air moving constantly
