Without better pics, the best anyone could really tell you is "some sort of larva?"
I top all my pots with this stuff as a preventative measure. Its like "crawling through broken glass" to bugs and kills them, harmless to humans

No problem. 10 pounds is enough to top a hundred 5 gallon pots, well worth the investment in my opinion. I know for a fact it will turn a fungus gnat's heaven into a living hell. Killed them off right quick in a hurry.

Dust the top of your soil with diatomaceous earth, when the soil is on the dryer side. That will kill insects in the soil.

I ordered some today. It’s going to be delivered tomorrow. Thank u so much for the advice I really appreciate it. My girls are looking so good. Everything has went perfect so far. Don’t need any big issues

They are springtails
Detrivorous feeders and a part in the soil web.
I’ve seen issues with young plants and vast colonies of springtails but ultimately they cause no issues with already well established plants.
they feed on dead plant material.
sufficient wet and dry cycles is enough to control populations.
